Merchandise purchased online may be returned for Store Credit or Exchange within 14 days of purchase.

To ship merchandise back to Platino, please do the following to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Requests must be emailed to: platino@email.com with the following information:

* Order Number:

* Date Order Received:

* Name of Item:

* Reason for Return:

*Type of Return Requested:

(1) Store Credit - To use your Store Credit, please select item(s) and call in your order so that your Store Credit can be applied.

(2) Exchange - Describe reason for exchange i.e. I bought red, but I would like blue.

Once we receive your RMA request, we will issue an RMA number and instructions by email for how to return your merchandise. We recommend keeping all packaging until the items are examined. We want you to be happy with the pieces you buy on www.moondancejewelry.com. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, you must request a prior to shipment of your merchandise to Moondance and within 7 days of your receiving your order.

You may also walk in to return merchandise purchased online for Store Credit or Exchange.

If the merchandise you purchased online arrives damaged or if items are missing from the shipment due to mishandling, please file a claim with the carrier.


* Sale items and special order items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.

* All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping for refused merchandise will be at the customer's expense.



Delivery charges are calculated depending on the shipping method and value of the package. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for UPS Ground delivery.

Platino currently ships only within the United States.


Special Orders

Please inquire about special orders (special requests, ring sizes, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by designer. All Special Orders are final sales.

All sale purchases are final.
